I’ve been punting on Tenobet since about the spring, and I reckon I have enough experience to say something useful. Came across it off someone on another board who wanted a site with decent lobby depth without the usual deposit limit nagging you get now on the regulated UK ones. Should flag early: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on GamStop, which will matter to some of you a lot.
The lobby is genuinely big — roughly 3,000+ games going by the counter, and the providers that matter are all there: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I grind Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, both load quick in browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — proper croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette when I fancy a punt on something daft. There’s a sportsbook too, and it gets a bit of use from me on Premier League, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
On the sign-up offer is 100% up to ?125 plus 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms first, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory to be honest. No no-deposit freebie as far as I can tell. For the what’s running currently, have a look over on tenobet login before you sign up. Minimum deposit is a tenner, the form took about three minutes.
Cashouts have been the stronger part in my experience. Cards work, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have landed same day twice; card payouts took a bit longer. My main gripe was KYC — they took about two days to verify me, which held up the first payout just sat there until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, just slow.
Couple of niggles: they don’t have an app, so it’s browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my phone though an app would be nicer. The login is occasionally a bit slow around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the first replies feel a bit scripted. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
